Design me a Product

We have created a unique kitchen utensil. Our current designer has gone as far as she can go with us because either her skill level or the software she is using limits our direction. We are looking for an experienced designer that can get us to the finish line. our new designer must have solid works and have the ability to help us make our product more attractive. we have files that were built in Ryno which i believe can be used in Solid Works as well so it wouldn't be starting from scratch. The product is unique and needed, we just need a good designer to make it visually desirable!
