I require a skilled individual to provide administration support services to the business. I specialise in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, with some Search work undertaken for select clients. There is myself, a Business/Research Manager and other resources engaged from time to time. This will begin as a part time role, probably 6-8 hours per week, but could quickly grow. I will be taking some time to go to the UK in July and will need someone I can rely on to 'manage' the virtual 'office' while away. This may be in conjunction with the current business manager, but more than likely in addition to as there is a lot of work on and that will be in train during July. The practice specialises primarily in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, at CEO, C-Suite and Board level. Undertaking individual coaching and team development programs. Additionally I undertake search and CEO Succession / Search assignments for select clients. They will require a capability, background and skills in handling the front and back office dealing with senior business people. Proposal writing, candidate report writing, executive candidate management, diary management, possibly even article writing/editing, etc.. Your written and verbal English skills will reflect you adroitness and you will be able to evidence the same. Discretion is mandatory, non-disclosure agreements may need to be signed on some assignments. The person I'm looking to work with, will clearly have excellent written and spoken English, be comfortable on the phone talking to candidates and clients, arranging appointments, possibly some data collection, managing a busy diary. You will be a skilled organiser, time manager and prioritiser, who can manage a diverse portfolio of work, locations and activity to keep the business humming. Whilst the location selector won;t allow - the ideal locations would be Australia [any time zone], New Zealand, UK, or any location where those native speakers may reside. You will need to account for time zones if you live elsewhere, Sydney is currently GMT +11 going to GMT + 10 soon
