Not every archive can give permission to make copies, the others have a fee per page or per document. It depends on the rules of each archive. I live not far from Galicia district. I can go there and will ask $100 from you for the job. And I will ask you to pay for road tickets and possible archive fee (will give you scan copies if needed).
