Data collection - Moscow, Russia

I need a list of contacts who have purchased property in Moscow over the past 5 years, value over $250,000, (Name and contact number). I also need names and contact numbers of executive management in around 100 companies. Some of the companies i.e. Jewelry shops and Car garages (Audi, Bentley etc) I would like their contact list of customers (names and contact details). Thanks Matthew
