Extensive experience in Ruby/Rails while working in an startup environment for 3 years. Built HackerRank, a Ruby on Rails based application, which currently has a million+ users. Moreover, have been an active open source contributor for 5 years. Before we get into an agreement, would like to know a few details about the task: - Which version of Rails are you using? - What does the deployment setup look like? Do you use Passenger, behind Apache/Nginx? - What do you mean by live server? Is it running on production? - What kind of change are you trying to make? Template/Code/Database? - A link to the website? - Could I ssh into the server for debugging?

We have a good experience in Ruby on Rails and have a dedicated team which will give its best effort to fulfill the expectations.

Is this possible to reproduce error on separate server, that is not production? What is the day time of users of this site.
