Analytics expert for B2B site

Backround:
We are looking for a Google Analytics expert with deep knowledge in the tool. Today we are running online ads through various channels (PPC, LinkedIn, etc) and we are also pushing out our blog posts in forums, user groups, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, etc.
Our web site traffic is increasing but we haven't got the time to analyze the visitors.
Assignment:
To analyze the traffic/visitors so we can make improvements to the site in order to increase conversions. We see this as an ongoing assignment.
Must have:
Deep knowledge and experience in GA.
Should have:
Experience from B2B
Other:
If you represent several consultants we will require to work with a named person within your company. We are not interested in working with companies that hire sub contractors.
