Build 50 One Way Links

We need 50 one way links to a web site aimed to help people have a better life. - All Links MUST be permanent. - All links need to be relevant to our website, i.e. ONLY websites which are related to better life, environment, money saving, time management, wellness, etc. - Links must contain keywords that will be specified. - Links must be listed/indexed on Google PR 2 (10 pieces), PR 3 (20 pieces), PR4 (15 pieces), and PR5 (5 pieces). - One link per domain (different C class IPs). - No Directories, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, Google banned site, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites. - Links from websites that already contain a link to our site will not be counted. - No more than 30 links from the page to other sites. - Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.) - Links must be static and direct using provided anchor text and title tag (please see tags at the end of this file). - All links should be free and not paid links. - All links must be indexable by Googlebot and MAY NOT have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc. - English language sites only. - Links must be submitted on a staggered deployment basis to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once. - No search spam. - No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges. - No link schemes. - No blog comments. - No directories. - No forums. - No classified ads. - No dynamic links. - No pages blocked by robots.txt. - No article submission sites. - No guest books. - No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable. - One-way links only, no reciprocal links will be accepted. - Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days). - Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. - Link Page should be navigated to from the site's homepage. - Links must be on a PAGE with a required Google PR, not PR of the site. - No texts to mention the links are paid links. - Sites must be live. - Link page must be in good English and have sensible content. - You will provide in Excel format the Site Url, link Url, Number of links on page, and Google's Page Rank of each site you have added a link to. - US web sites preferred although not mandatory. - The links listed on the page should not be internal links (which link to pages within domain). - If most of the links listed on the page are government websites or education websites (whose URL ended with .gov and .edu), then disregard them. - *** WHITE HAT techniques ONLY! *** - Quality is important. We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead. Payment thru GAF escrow. 70% will be released upon receiving and accepting Excel report and 30% released after 30 days from receiving the Excel list if the links are still alive. If for any reason a link is not alive after 30 days, we will require you to add suitable replacement links instead.
