Backlink Project

Budget 40-50$ Project Description: I require 500 PR 3 and higher + PERMANENT one-way backlinks. Also to create 10 forum articles with backlinks within the article. English language only... I would like the backlinks to come from somewhat relevant sites if possible; i.e. sporting or winter sports. The keywords will be snowboard sizing, snowboard size chart, and what size snowboard. Please provide me a periodic report of where you are with the project, the last freelancer I hired did not complete the project and actually did not complete any of the work. I am flexible with the budget depending on your ability, quality of work, and explanation of what you will be doing and how it differs than what someone else may do; i.e. you ping all your links, you replace % of links that get removed etc. I want this to be a long term relationship.
