Access DB Application duplication redesign

WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER BIDS: WITH YOUR COST GIVEN. WE WILL ONLY PUT 1/2 AMOUNT IN ESCROW OR WHOLE AMOUNT IN 2 SEPARATE ESCROWS. WE WILL RELEASE FIRST HALF WHEN PROOF OF HALF WORK IS DONE. We have an existing database that is giving us some problems. We would like to recreate this database new making sure all features work. The data base is for putting in purchase orders. The database will be provided along with a new database with the names of the new tables we would like to use instead of the old names. Most of the work is just copying existing reports, tables, etc. We need this app to be bug free. After developed we will need in import the existing data into the new database. Provided: Old database New database with new table names. Some look up tables will have the data already there for use. Logos This new database should be developed like an application so when started opened you should be looking at it in the application mode. Would like for the new database to be password protected as well.
