I need to developed advanced queries for MS SQL/TSQL Server 2008 R2.
I need queries that gets records from two or more linked tables from an Oracle Database that share relationships. The query gets the records and places the record in a new table, I will call the new table local table for simplicity sake.
Than the query runs everyday at a certain time (designated) gets new records from the link tables and place them in the local table.
Here is where it gets important. When the query runs daily, it updates any record that has been changed in the link tables, so if a person address changes, the address is updated in the local table. If there are no new records or updated records in the link table, nothing is brought over. If there are new records, they are brought over.
Finally I need all the data queried from the local table exported as a CSV file to a specific directory or to a server via FTP.
All this needs to happen sequentially, and automated through SQL SSIS and BID.
I need this clean and easy to understand.

I did it many time with Access, FileMaker and etc. If you alredy have oreacle - linked I can did your task.
Export to cv on local file is a peace of cake.
For each table you must have primary field(s).

This is a basic task. Can complete this easily. But I have few questions?
1)
Will you give web console access to server or computer at which i have to create SSIS packages?
2)
There is other option to get this job job done (without SSIS, this will make edits eaily , i.e., if you wish to change source and destinations)

I am very proficient in SQL,Oracle and SQL Server.
I have categorized your requirement in steps.
1) Connecting Oracle from SQL server (Prerequisite access to both the environment)
2) Querying Oracle db using Sql server(information required oracle table details and filter criteria if any need to be applied in query).
3)Creating local Table in SQL Server.
4)Updating and inserting Data in SQL server local Table.
5)Running the Process as scheduler.
6)exporting the data in csv and uploading that in folder location.
Step 5 and 6 can be done easily in java. let me know if that's is OK with you, i can create a batch job that will run java program as per schedule.
