Client Server App for Iphone

Client Server App for Iphone I want to connect to a database server from an Iphone, and display some of the contents of a database table on the Iphone, In the same way that I connect with my Windows laptop now Databases could be two or more of MySQl, Firebird / Interbase, SQL Server or Oracle, I would prefer MySQl and Firebird. I can arrange for test servers and permissions for all of these I am more interested in the client connectivity than anything else , and I don;t want a web service or XML transfer. Ideally the database code would be easily transferred to other projects later So there would need to be a settings screen IP Address of Database server x.x.x.x Database Name xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Database Type 1 MySQl, 2 Interbase, 3 SQL Server, 4 Oracle Port 3050 Interbase, 3306 MySql etc User Name xxxxxxxxx Password yyyyyyyyy Connect button SQL query eg SELECT * FROM USERS.................... Execute SQl Button which would then display the results of the query on another screen and a back button to the settings screen
