Column in Data files needs restructuring

I have a column in a table in an sql data base that needs restructuring and created in a new column. Eg. Jenny Fox or the Music Coordinator' changed to 'The Music Coordinator or Jenny Fox' There will also be names in that column eg. Walters, Bill. the wil need to remain unchanged. There will also be another name at the end of the cell that will need to be included too. Eg. Jenny Fox or the Music Coordinator or Jim Smith' changed to 'The Music Coordinator or Jenny Fox or Jim Smith' The new column needs to be renamed and replace the first and work in the structure and relationships of the sql. The old column needs to be renamed 'Contact OLD'. This is an easy job for someone who really knows what they are doing. So I need a good price and a good programmer. Expensive or inexperienced people need not apply.
