Currently we access our SQL database from the Server. For accounting purpose, we need to run our entire customized software + dbf in local mode (on a separate laptop), as such we need a simple program to switch the DBMS from server to local PC and vice versa. In fact we have this little program but was developed in 32-bit environment and now we upgraded out laptop to Windows 8 64-bit, so we need someone to write this program for x64 environment.
