Custom Bulk Fax Marketing Ongoing Project

I need a bulk faxing provider to U.S. area codes. I send 100000 pages at a time, 10 times a month. Provide a per page price. This is the simple sending of faxes to U.S. fax numbers for a competitive price. Contractor needed to send fax marketing pieces in the U.S. to our list of numbers.  Ideally you can merge data into advertisement, but is not critical. Initial fax group would be 100,000 one page (black and white), successful numbers. After successful sending of pieces, follow up sending would be 100,000 every day.  Flyer may differ from day to day.   Please quote either a flat rate or per piece price. Quotes that are higher than market are useless to me. Please provide a competitive rate to send faxes, not to log on to a server I have to buy and have you send them for an hourly fee that is ridiculous. If you are offering some sort of a software option in your bid, make it clear.
