Business Development - Marketing / Account manager

Hi, We are opening an office in Melbourne , we're an IT outsourcing and web design company with offices in Russia and US We already have a few partnerships (signed contracts with some clients), but need to get more before and after our upcoming launch. That's where you come in. You will be working closely with many professionals in the varies industries on our behalf (mostly, general managers, revenue managers and directors of sales and marketing). As such, we are seeking someone dependable, responsible and highly professional to represent our company and complete our team. The job requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently. You responsibilities will initially include: 1) Contract with businesses in Melbourne, and cultivate and maintain professional relationships with these businesses 2) Extensive telephone work and email correspondence 3) Close correspondence with our staff 4) Maintaining very detailed notes 5) Working 30+ hours a week, with a somewhat flexible schedule (you must be ready to work at least 6h+ each day Monday to Friday, from 9am to 3pm GMT+10, more or less). If work is satisfactory during an initial period, your responsibilities may evolve. Requirements: 1) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; English must be native and without any accent or close to it, no exception (you will be tested) 2) Extraordinary organizational skills, demonstrated ability to work autonomously, Self-motivated, outgoing and customer & sales-oriented 3) You have prior sales and/or customer service experience 4) At least two years experience working in a professional setting 5) Strong ability to multi-task and work independently 6) Experience with phones in a professional setting is a plus 7) Knowledge of the information technology and web-development industries is a plus, as is a degree in sales / marketing / business administration or related disciplines Write "giganet_sales_mlb" atop your submission to be considered.
