Call web dev clients to review proposals and close sales

Hello, We're an established web development business in a critical point in our growth -- moving from startup to mature business. We have very few staff and many hats to wear. The problem we are having is we're all engineers and we can't service our sales calls properly. As our company takes on higher-budget clients, we are starting to need a dedicated salesperson to close sales on proposals we've already delivered. We're overwhelmed with development calls, support calls and development itself. But we can't take on another employee, so we need an INDEPENDENT, WORK-AT-HOME SALES FREELANCER. Again, this is NOT ABOUT COLD CALLING OR TELEMARKETING. This is about being able to review proposals and conversation logs and closing sales. YOU MUST START TOMORROW. Monday at the latest. 30 minutes of training (memorizing our name, address, business hours, etc.), 1 hour reviewing proposal and existing conversation logs, and 30 minutes actually speaking to client. On your first day, it will take you 2 hours at most to learn everything you need to know to train yourself to speak on behalf of our company, review this client's conversation logs, call him, run down our 2-page proposal one more time, explain to him our payment schedule, jot down any technical questions for our lead developer to follow up with -- or any last minute concerns -- wish him a good day, and hang up the phone. If you make this sale happen that's $150 for you in 2 hours. The client has already compared us with our competitors and knows we're the best for the job. IF YOU CAN CLOSE THIS SALE, WE WOULD LIKE TO OFFER YOU ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES. The next sale won't take you 2 hours because you'll have memorized our name, address, greetings, etc. from your first call. The solution and proposal materials are prepared by our Lead Developer, and delivered as PDF to the client. You, as the salesperson must follow up and push thru until the contract is signed. WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO There are no fixed hours to work, or anywhere to go. You only need the internet and a phone. You get a list of prospects a few times a week, with their inquiries, name and contact. With each prospect on that list, you receive a document from our the Lead Developer that details everything we think you ought to communicate on your call with them, and what sort of questions you need to ask (and what sort of answers you ought to expect). You'll also be CC'd with all email conversations so you know what direction the sale is moving. When you call a prospect you introduce yourself, state that you are working with our company, and that you are following up on their recent inquiry -- or following up to review our recent proposal. Your goal should be 40% conversion rate. 30% is OK. CONCLUSION Our business is already providing a stream of potential customers who are submitting their inquiries to us. It's only a matter of having the right salesperson to close the sale BUT YOU MUST START TOMORROW, or Monday at the latest. This is important.
