Brainstorming discussion on meal replacement - Nutritionists with experience needed

My company is working on a concept of a full meal replacement and I want to start a discussion panel of experienced nutritionists to discuss about all of the relevant nutrients the body needs, about the amounts of these nutrients as well as potential sources to obtain these nutrients. The aims is to open a private forum, wherein a number of nutritionists or other nutrition-experts should discuss about various aspects about nutrients and meal replacements. I would like to collect a number of opinins about various topics and have various claims that are being made scientifically researched and referenced. So, please DO BID if: 1) You have a professional (not hobby) education in nutrition, nutrigenetics, Biochemistry or nutritional medicine 2) You are innovative in your thinking and are able to accept new ideas within the limits of scientific validity 3) You have experience in food formulations, protein shakes, nutrients and/or minerals etc. 4) You are willing to sign a non disclosure agreement 5) You are willing and able to search for scientific publications (PubMed) to back your opinion and claims Especially valued background: 1) Research background in Nutrients 2) Experience in publication / Ability to write a scientific review based on the results of the discussions 3) Experience in formulation of protein shakes or similar Please DO NOT BID if: 1) You have no formal education in nutrition or related areas. 2) You are against the concept of supplements 3) You are unexperienced in working with scientific publications and the PubMed Database 4) You are unwilling to share your views in a clodes forum 5) You are against having your input used in a commercial product afterwards. Payment will be on an hourly rate. I will award a number fo nutritionists and add them to the team. Later you will get access to a forum for the discussions. If things go well, there might be a longer/long term partnership possible. When bidding, please list your educaton and experience in the field so I can chose participants.
