Applescript to create one New Network

i need an applescript to create a New Network on Mac OS 10.6. The script should run on a place that can be with or without a wi-fi network. That's why i think the best solution would be to create a wi-fi network computer to computer. I will interact with the Mac only through a VNC application on an Ipad, the mac will not have any monitor. The problem I want to solve is to have control of the computer when i start it with an ipad only, and to do that i must specify an IP address on my app. So I need to know that every time the IP address of the private network will be the same.
