Write a simple PHP script that outputs a PDF file with a single line of text and a QR code (pointing to a URL) on it. I would like to have the script take the values to produce the text and the QR code from within the script itself (that is, I will manually input the values into variables in the script when I run the script, such as $textToOutput - "Hello World" and $urlTarget = "[url removed, login to view]").

My server is set up to use PHP QR Code libraries ([url removed, login to view]) for the generation, so the QR code generation must use this library.

This should be very quick for someone who is familiar with the PHP QR code library.
