Add salesman route planner to a website(repost)

I currently have a website that lets users access a table of new homeowner information and select some sort features to return a list in a .csv file that fits their criteria.

I would like to add a feature that would let users enter an address they are at(required) and an address they are going to(not required) and then the data that was returned in the search and give the user the route (with driving directions) that would be the quickest to cover all the house in their search.

Here is a couple of other items

1. I don't want the user to go to any other website

2. I would like a way to mark which address the user has gone to previously.

3. The user will almost certainly be on a mobile device.
