Designer/Developer for Elgg and Dolphin

I am looking for an experienced designer/developer/web administrator to do the following: Install, Configure, and Customize websites using Elgg and Dolphin You must be familiar with installing and tweaking these scripts. You will need to configure the settings, add the necessary modules and plugins, and customize the look and design. I have the graphics and headers in most cases. I will provide most of the artistic direction but of course if you have a good idea and are creative i will gladly listen to your input and ideas. There will be 2 sites to begin with. One using Elgg and one using Dolphin. If everything goes well, I will want to use you for more sites in the very near future. Please provide samples of Elgg or Dolphin sites you have done.
