Alter existing VB (VB6?) source code to allow for expansion or rewrite code completely.

We have 5 different packets of forms for clients. The packets are Word templates. Each page has to have the client name, date , client number and employee name printed on it. I had a programer write a front end that allows us to enter the name, client number and employee name and then using the bookmark feature in Word it inserts the data on all pages. I need you to alter the code to allow more than 5 packets. I actually need 10 total for now, but it may be a better idea just to give me the option to add as many as needed. I believe this is written in early Visual Basic. I was told it is VB6 or earlier, but I'm not positive. Please review the attached files containing all the source code. **If you think it would be easier to re-write the code in a newer language I am open to that as well. There are two versions attached. A "branded" version with our logo and an unbranded version (without logo). I only need an unbranded version. We no longer use that logo. Thank you!
