Automator Action for Monitoring Directory and Copying Files on Change

I need an OSX Automator Action that monitors a directory for any changes within that directory and its subdirectories (folders or files added, removed, or modified). When changes are detected I need the modified parts to be copied to a target directory with a path similar to the source directory. For example: /SourceDir/SubDirA/SubSubDirB/[login to view URL] copies only [login to view URL] to /TargetDir/SubDirA/SubSubDirB/[login to view URL] or /SourceDir/SubDirA/SubSubDirB/[login to view URL] is deleted /TargetDir/SubDirA/SubSubDirB/[login to view URL] deleted when source was deleted I assume the behavior would be very much like asynch if you are familiar with that.
