Data Scraping + Image + PDF Extraction

Create an application that is capable of running on Windows Vista/Windows 7 and independent (self-extracting installation or one executable to run- no manual registering of dll's, etc). The application must be intuitive and easy to use. Application should be created for an end user, not a programmer.
Application must be able to import an excel spreadsheet (excel 2003 -2010) containing a list of SKUs and the application should extract data from two different websites and should have a checkbox on the application before hitting submit on which site to extract (or both) and the tab should be named the website extracted from (for each site). The sites to be scraped will be named on the bidding of the project.
The application should also prompt where images and where pdf's should be saved. (using the browse feature and selecting the folder).
In addition to this, the large product images and any pdf documents should be saved and placed into the spreadsheet (the filenames so that I know there are images and/or pdfs). The following naming convention will apply:
Image Naming Example for SKU# 12345
Large Image #1 - [login to view URL]
If there are multiple images, they will be name as follows:
Large Image #2 - [login to view URL]
Large Image #3 - [login to view URL]
Large Image #4 - [login to view URL]
PDF Naming Example for SKU # 12345
Large PDF #1 - [login to view URL]
If there are multiple PDFs, they will be name as follows:
Large PDF #2 - [login to view URL]
Large PDF #3 - [login to view URL]
Large PDF #4 - [login to view URL]
All new data extracted will be populated into an excel sheet defined in the example sent to you.
