We are looking for a site to be created that essentially imitates the business model established by ebay…that is, it is an intermediary that makes a commission and or a listing posting fee by acting as a middle man between two persons…Whereas ebay deals with merchandise…our site deals exclusively with the exchange of information. This information must only be displayed in a very very secure private area that only the two parties may view. Information may be pdf, multimedia(audio-video), text or other media rich formats(jpegs, tiffs, all other commonly used formats). We think we will require most of the features that currently exist in the ebay system. This means that we will need accounts for users…there cannot be anonymous users. The system will accept credit card payments, pay pal, as well as bill directly for your telephone. Essentially, that is the basic framework of our site…we will consult and reveal more with the winning bidder. I will need help creating the sitemap, ideas, and systems that must be installed for this site to work....I must appear very simple to the viewer. Please only bid if you have experience with all three of these sites. This is the first phase of a massive number projects.
