Address Correction Script

I need a standalone script or an excel macro to correct postal addresses. For example., I've an excel file with a lot of addresses, but not arranged in a proper manner. Your script has to process each and every addresses in the file and assign it in fixed cells automatically like company name, address 1, address 2, city, state, zip, country, telephone 1, telephone2, fax1, fax2, email1, email2, website, contact name, position, etc. I've seen a readymade script online for 30$.
