Creating Tumblr Accounts

I am looking for someone who has previous experience in creating Tumblr accounts that can create them for me, verify the emails and use clean IP's that can ensure the accounts will not be deleted. I intend to use these tumblr accounts to upload our stock photography images (no links) via their post-to-email feature (sending an email to 12345678 AT [login to view URL] will create the post). I'm looking to continue purchasing these accounts on an ongoing basis, will start with 100 and will grow from there assuming your accounts don't get deleted. There is no reason the account should be deleted as we are not posting links. I require the accounts to be in CSV or Excel spreadsheet format and contain the following fields: Login(Email)|Password|URLOfBlog|PostingEmailAddress Each account we use will be assigned a US-based IP address that we own (not shared) and we will only login to the account from this same IP after we take possession of the accounts. Please only bid on this project if you have experience in the past 3 months of creating Tumblr accounts as they have very stringent rules and I prefer to work with someone who knows this market very well. If you can provide this service, I will continue re-ordering more accounts on a weekly basis.
