A Written Social Media Strategy For a Small Firm

I would like a writting Social Media Marketing Strategy done for my consultancy firm.....something integrated (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)...and manageable to maintain on a part-time basis...I am having my website re-done and updated and will be travelling often and would like to operate and update off my mobile phone....if a detailed outline of a basic strategy and its objectives and rationale can be written first (perhaps, with what a typical amount of workload (specific tasks) would be required of me, while travelling, to keep the firm's website/social media fresh enough for people to return,) then we can discuss the implementation strategy afterwards. I am looking for a written Social Media Strategy. I have provided some background information of what my firm does and what I am part of. I work for Aboriginal communities and resource development companies (energy, mining, transmission lines, pipelines, etc.) across Canada in a number of capacities (please see attachment) I will be doing small video production such interviews, highlights of conferences, etc. and would like to posted them on my website. I often speak or chair at regional or national conferences. I run into and interact with high profile people and will be doing 'selfies' or pictures with them. I am also affiliated with two high profile national organizations (please see attachment) I plan to post any current reports or relevant studies related to Aboriginal Peoples or Major Resource Developments or Corporate Social Responsibility to my "knowledge center" on my new website. I would also like to post "hot news" items or link topical online post that are pertinent to Aboriginal Peoples and Resource Development. So, in summary, I need to know how many hours long would it take you to write a Social Media Strategy with detailed objectives, rationale, and other key considerations that you deem necessary...I need to understand what would be the key elements of the Social Media Strategy and why you are proposing these key elements for a small consulting firm with a national profile that wants to grow....I would also need to know what kind of requirements, information, or work would be needed from me to keep the website/social media live, current, and active. I will be only reviewing those who understand what I am asking for above. Thank you.
