Adult italian directory submission

I need a site submission for an italian site. It's an adult rated one. I have $100 to spend. Its an old one, and it has links to it (yahoo siteexplorer says 23.000) I need more nice links. If you don't know what somebody means with "nice links" probably you are not the appropiate person for this work. Please, tell me what could you do with it. If you think it would be a long term job, maybe some months to avoid being penalized, we can pay it progresively. I'll provide title, description, url and keywords to be possitioned. I'll provide search engine statistics of these words if you need it. Please, tell me how would you do it and what could we expect from your job.
