Build me a Twitter following

I am currently running active twitter accounts. The Field I need is for only fake followers, they do not need to be active. This part is simple enough, however, the help I need becomes a little tricky. When new trends arise on twitter, I attempt to be the first one to create a corresponding account. I need someone who can contribute 10-30 K twitter followers in a short amount of time, on my command. I would simply email you or message you and ask for the name. I am flexible with my budget. Many accounts on fiverr run payments at about 5$ per 10K followers, but I am willing to pay much more for the reliability (fiverr users almost never deliver) and the ability to contribute followers within a day on a moments notice. If you are someone who can do this and is willing to be there in potentially weeks or months when a new trend arises on twitter, I am willing to hire you. I am also interested in people who can just give me fake followers in bulk at any time, even if it takes multiple days.
