Create a program.

Program description: It's similar to a "webcam live chat" like you see in porn websites. When a guy clicks "private session now" to see/talk to the stripper) But it needs a little tweaking. I need a program similar to that. Unfortunately I can't buy the program and tweak cause of legal rights/terms, so I'm looking for 1 or 2 programmers who can create something similar to this. This program will need also a money transfer section. Account for "professional". Not necessarily an admin account because I will have a programmer working on maintenance.
