Daily Deal website

I am looking for someone to design and build a daily deal site that meets the following criteria. Keep in mind that the site must have a modern and appealing UI that will attract and retain customers within the site. In addition to this, the site must provide for social integration with sites LIKE facebook and twitter for all user accounts and provide E-marketing/newsletter solution for daily communication as new items are featured. The Today Deal will feature a single item for sale at a deeply discounted price. Each item will last the shorter of 24 hours or until the total quantity have been sold out. The site must maintain searchable and indexable pages of all past items. Again, the site should automatically post to buyers social sites after they complete a transaction. Consumers will pay through Paypal payments within the site. In addition to a highly interactive “consumer” interface, the site must provide an area where “vendors” can create and account, add item(s) and then choose how and when the items will be featured based on a “bid” system similar to google ad words. Because each item will be featured for 24 hours or until it is sold out, vendors can bid on a selected day where the highest bid for the day will be featured. If a vendor chooses to set a price for their item rather than a specific day, they can place a fixed bid and allow the site to feature the item at the soonest date when their bid is the highest. In the case where an item sells out before the 24 hour period, the next item would automatically be featured for a new 24 hour clock or until it is sold (again, whichever is shorter). Vendors will have “bids” paid through the paypal terminal as their item is featured. The site will feature Today Sale a multiple items for sale. Each item will last until the total quantity are sold out. At the conclusion of their product feature, a complete list of all consumers that purchased their items, with product and consumer detail and amount paid will be compiled and an email sent to the vendor that can then login to download the information. In addition to this, the vendors should receive a total report of the number of page impressions, the number of consumers that came to the site when their item was featured and a list of any users that viewed but did not buy as well. The UI of this site will be critical, and therefore in order to be considered you MUST submit your ideas about the design with visual examples. In addition to this, you must submit actual examples of work that you have completed where your work can be easily identified within the examples you submit. DO NOT RANDOMLY SUBMIT SITES THAT YOU HAVE NOT CREATED. This site will be used to test a business concept and if proven successful, will be greatly expanded from one small industry to several active industries, each of which will require industry specific designs and interactive components.
