CSAFE protocol implementation (Java)

We are looking for someone to create a *Java Module* that can be implemented (in our software) to interface with our fitness equiment using the *CSAFE Protocol*.

DETAILS:
1) The serial connection is available through an InputStream and OutputStream. Receiving data should run in a separate Thread.
2) The Module itself should support the following commands
* 3.1.2.1 Commands that Control the State of the Slave - all commands
* 3.1.2.3 Commands that Configure Workout Data - cmdSetGrade, cmdSetGear, cmdSetUserInfo, cmdSetLevel, cmdSetTargetHR, cmdSetPower
* 3.1.3.1 Commands that Request General Information from the Slave - cmdGetVersion, cmdGetID, cmdGetUnits, cmdGetSerial, cmdGetErrorCode
* 3.1.3.2 Commands that Request Workout Data - cmdGetSpeed, cmdGetPace, cmdGetCadence, cmdGetGrade, cmdGetGear, cmdGetUpList, cmdGetUserInfo, cmdGetHRCur, cmdGetPower
* 3.1.3.4 Commands that request slave capabilities - cmdGetCaps, cmdGetInfo

3) The module doesn't need any UI but should provide module in the form of library so that separate app can be written to use the library and display the data.
4) The module should be compatible with Android.
5) Support for Extended Frames is not needed.
CSAFE is a very simple straight forward frame protocol and easy to implement. It is used for communication with fitness equipment.
