Asynchronous SOCKS5 Server

I'm looking for someone experienced in coding windows-based network servers.
The main task is to design server supporting SOCKS5 Protocol for Windows.
All of the operations have to be done asynchronously using Input Output Completion Ports (IOCP)
The code has to be written in plain C (no C++) with no dependencies on frameworks like ATL/MFC or any heavy open source libraries.
Except of binary, I’m looking for source code in English too.
The SOCKS server has to support following operations
*IPV4/6
*DNS
*CONNECT
*BIND
UDP datagrams support is not mandatory.

Please note that i don't want to use any existing solution or code re-use of public projects because no existing solution fits my needs. I'm a programmer myself and this has to be written exactly using IOCP for windows. Performance is essential thing.
