Clipper dbase4 Project.- Windows and Doors shop

I am a senior freelancer with more than 20 years of experience, I know clipper, dbaseIII and IV and can code the insert, delete and select using c++ (I am a grown up man - 44 - who got raised on that technology), nowadays I know a vast range of platforms and new tech languages, so I am sure I am your man for solving the situation. Plus I will not charge a dime until a plan is written and you know beforehand how much you'll have to spend on me to deploy your project. btw my rate is 20 USD/hour, but depending on the amount of work some bulk hours discount may apply and we can agree on an overall project budget, all my projects comes with bug fixing support and small tweaks when required included in price. We understand your requirement and would like to write a program for you that will access a dbase4 database and will display a printout that would include relevant pictures from the database. The job is pretty simple and can be done in 12-15 man hours. Though to do the same, we will be requiring the credentials/access to your database (containing pictures of the doors and windows with their names and attributes).
