I need a VST like Nexus2. It is basically a sound player (sampler) except it plays a different note for each key you press. I don't mind what language/software you use, as long as I have source. Like Nexus2, it also needs to have built in FX (chorus, delay, filters) and some sort of customisation. The main feature I need is the library. It needs to have a library manager that manages sounds that come in packs and are locked to a license key. Eg. A user buys the software and activates with key 123456, their packs are registered to 123456.
Packs must be encrypted ZIP files with some sort of encoded wav files.
I would also like details to how packs work so that I can make them myself. Please ask for any more details. Thanks.
There is visual software for making VST's; this is not a hard job.
