I am building a system where, at the client side a service runs and pulls data from a 3rd party Oracle database. It then inserts those records into its own SQL server database. Another service then exports those records to another server either by plain text file or, if urgent, via a web service. I come from a Java unix background but am in a Microsoft C# position and new to C#, windows and web services. I'd like someone to build the bones of the services and help with the architecture - I can then learn from that, take over and fill in the rest. I'd like to discuss the design and what needs to be done, then hopefully get the basic programs that function and connect to all the databases. Then I get working in my system and have the developer on hand to help if need be.
