$250-750 USD

Paid on delivery
I’m looking to hire an engineer with the ability to build an alarm clock application that connects to a circuit board through blue tooth technology. The circuit board will have a rechargeable mini-usb battery with at least 8 hour power supply and connect to 2 small speakers. The computer application needs to tell the chip when to turn on and off and control the volume of the speakers. The application must be able to play any music or sound file that can play from the users computer or mobile device including mp3s, podcast, radio stations, etc. It must be compatable with apple and android products as well as computers. All controls including volume and power come from the device/computer, i.e no buttons on circuit board. Entire product must be small enough and flat enough to fit comfortably in a head band. Please send a detailed proposal if you are capable of developing this product. Include: amount of time to complete the product, salary requirements, how you will deliver the product and any other related details. I will pay for the cost of materials in addition to your salary.

I'm an engineer from Hungary with 3+ year HW and FW design experience. I always use Altium Designer (currently AD14.2). I am new in freelancer.com, and this project could be a good start, but I successfully finished several PCB design in a company where I am working (audio, testers to industry, linux board design, etc). Usually I prefer STM8/STM32 microcontrollers because of it's price, so I already designed some project using STM32.
