Built an Adobe Air Keyword Scraping Software

Need a desktop software developed in Adobe Air or .net platform (i prefer Adobe Air since I need it to run on OSX/Mac) that can scrape data from Google Play store, do simple calculations (such as finding average etc), save the data to an online database and show the data to the user.
The process would be:
1) User enters a keyword
2) Software searches the online database for the keyword.
3) If data related to the entered keyword is found, display to the user.
4) If its not found in the database, software scrapes the data, calculates and saves in the online database and displays it to the user.
The database must be updated automatically every 2 weeks.
