Create mp4 video slide show file from jpeg images

I am looking for a programmer to develop a custom desktop app created for Mac OS to automatically create a MP4 video files (in 2 resolutions) from a set of TIFF or JPEG files (typically no more than 30 images). The final output video would have the following features: 1. An introduction slide containing a logo and text, Fading in and out. 2. The images files, containing a superimposed text title (sourced from the image file name). Each image will cross fade to the next. (Typical duration 3-4 seconds) Each image will have a slight Ken Burns effect 3. A closing slide containing a logo and text. The desktop app must feature: 1. A "drag and drop" system to create the image order. 2. Ability to save and recall projects to enable future editing of a project. 3. Ability to preview the introduction and closing slide, set font and text size and location, set logo size and location. 4. Ability to preview image and superimposed image title. 5. Be able to output MP4 video files in at least 2 resolutions. 6. Have a batch render facility to enable projects to be processed overnight without user interaction, and report any errors. 7. Ability to chose an optional visual "watermark" on final video (such as PREVIEW or a company logo). An example of a video created manually can be provided upon request as an example of the final file required.
