Here is our proposal: We will setup a Google Spreadsheet with custom menu to send out the BBM Messages right from inside of the spreadsheet. The advantage of doing this will be that you will be able to manage the entire system from any PC with internet connectivity and not just from the PC where you have the desktop app installed. Also, since all the security aspects are managed by Google, there is no chance of any security threats. Alternately, if you want, we can also make the Windows App for you, but the Google Cloud based solution is something I would recommend to you any day of the week. As far as the Google Apps solution is concerned, the following would be our requirements: Client side: Hardware: Any standard PC with internet connectivity. Software: Any Standards compliant browser (preferably, Google Chrome) Server side: Google Account Google App Engine OR PHP/Java compatible server. Please get back in case you need more details.
