Create a photo shooter with Raspberry Pi Camera and XMBC

I need to create a program for raspberry Pi XMBC distribution installed on that have to

- Block the possibility to the user to exit the program

- show a user agreement with a simple text (customizable) that must be accepted by the user (with a simple combo button or something like that)

- Show a button with custom text to start acquisition

- Start a countdown (5-4-3-2-1) with numbers on overlay with the live camera

- at the end of the count down the program must acquire the image and send it autotically to a selected printer for printing. The image must be resized and printed in a A4 paper

- The program must save the image with format date-hour

- program must restart back to the first passage waiting 1 minute with a count down (60-59) and a custom image

Other specifications

- graphics of the buttons must be customizabile

- for the live camera there must be a customizable frame under which the live camera is shown

- there must be the possibility to set live camera in black and white or simple color with live preview

I do not care if you use parts of open source projects

Time for

For the OS used in Raspberry, we can install Raspbian and noobs too
