Create Chrome Extension

Hello, I want you to write a Google Chrome extension that does the following: I enter a 7 digit code (e.g.) ABCDEFG -> The Extension connects via HTTPS to a database and picks out 2 numbers -> With another click the numbers are included into the webform of an opened page by dragging-dropping the numbers to the form fields. That should be basically it. Please do only reply if you have experience in developing extensions and you have time to develop such an application. No replies to standard offers with lists of websites etc...
