ASP.NET Developer to Finish Project

We have a 95% finished project that needs brought over the finish line. It has been written by two very experienced senior developers to date. It has heavy use of AngularJS / JQuery client side. We required a senior developer possessing a very good knowledge and skill set of SQL Server database skills would be required here. At present, we only have 2 SPROCS on the database, but it may require a couple more to get finished. Keeping with the current MVC-5 framework is paramount to this project along with matching the current methods employed so as to mitigate the 'touching' of existing code written. Current code is clean and tested throughout the development cycle to date.​ ASP.Net 4.5.2 currently​ MVC-5 using the Entity Framework.​ Possess good communication skills, ability to study current architecture carefully so as to not disturb what has been completed/tested thus far. Also, the following: ​1. A great understanding / working skills of the Microsoft Azure platform. ​2. The ability to show owner around new work applied and what / how it connects to existing code / templates. 3. A very good understanding of the HTML 5 standard and how to utilize either the current browsers, (Safari 6+, Chrome latest, I.E. 11+, Firefox latest) and how each utilizes offline storage, printing while offline (dynamic utilization of [login to view URL]() command), localStorage, sessionStorage and their limitations for each browser, uploading dynamically on reconnect to data network, syncing with server on reconnect, etc. 4. Good UI experience and development skills for creating a 'dashboard' UI and a Customer Portal. 5. Ability to use media queries to take current layout mobile responsive (which is currently HTML5 and mostly ready... modal windows need to be made mobile responsive) once we are finalized with the last module UI. 6. XML skills. ​Our developer should possess these items listed above to build out our last 2 modules of the application that include the utilization of those aforementioned skills. He/she should be able ask questions quickly as they arise so as to avoid coding anything twice. I would like the ability for the developer to do screen sharing to illustrate things they would like to show how something is currently looking or working.​ Finally, we will require copious commenting inside the project (using [login to view URL]) as to anything that had to be modified/touched by developer of existing code or templates for the new code to integrate with. I will also require an NDA (which I will supply).
