Application that goes through csv of web links and finds if there is a common text in the source

I need a desktop application that takes the attached csv ([login to view URL]) and goes through all the links listed and finds if the text I can define is available (so in this example "sightseeingtourslondon") but I would like the functionality to amend this text. So I just need an application where I can upload the text file to, and manually type in the text I want it to look for the in HTML Source Code of the pages found in the csv. If it finds the text then it needs to output it into a new CSV with text of FOUND if it doesnt find it then it needs to output the text of MISSING. Then the csv it outputs will look like this ([login to view URL]). Any questions please msg me.
