AutoHTML - MS Access to HTML 2015

We need software written that will create HTML pages based on the fields in a ms access database. We have a ms access database named: [login to view URL] That database contains one table, named: tbl_autohtml_feeder Each record in that table will contain 1-75 fields specific to one of the hundreds of products that we sell. We need a software program that will: Look at each record of the database, insert the fields into an HTML template that we've provided, and create a STATIC HTML page for it; save the result with a name, and in a folder specified by the record. The table contains the following fields: [templatefolderpath_autohtml] - What folder the template file resides: example: C:\employeeuniversity\autohtml\templates [templatefilename_autohtml] - The existing html document that the table records feeds into example: [login to view URL] [pagefolderpath_autohtml] - What folder to save the file: example: C:\employeeuniversity\autohtml\testwebsite [pagefilename_autohtml] - What to name the file: example: [login to view URL] The table also has 75 memo fields where we will place customized HTML code and data specific for each record. So the software we need created will insert the contents of each field into the location on the template where that field is supposed to go. If we have 500 records in the database, then the autohtml software will create 500 static HTML pages and save them in the location specified by each record. We have included the database and a test/example template. The sample template only asks for data from a few fields of the table - we would of course need to be able to add all 75 autohtml fields into the template. Not all product pages will require 75 customized fields, but some will. We have an existing program that does all this for us, and we've been using is trouble-free since 2014. But all the sudden, it stopped working and the coder is not responding. The deliverable will include an [login to view URL] program along with the uncompiled code so that we can fix future issues.
