We are looking to get a Vehicle Condition Report Software made, we want something that would have video and picture capability and also be able to transfer information from to another device. Must have a section for the interior and exterior of the vehicle. Must be for any kind of vehicle ( car, truck, motorcycle etc). It should be something that can be accessed from a phone or tablet. Also would need to have a rating scale that we could rate the car from 1-5.
