"Suggested Pages" extension for "Chrome" web browser.
1. What "Suggested Pages" extension will do?
"Suggested Pages" extension will give user an option to change between user's default homepage and a homepage that will show communities recommended websites in various categories.

2. Who will suggest pages?
Registered members will be able to submit URL's which they think might be interesting to other users. Person who will submit the website will also need to choose it's category and title.

3. How will it show good websites only?
Once the website will be suggested to the community, it will undergo a filtering process. Filtering process will take 3 steps. Immediately after a member will suggest a website, it will be sent to a moderator (staff). A moderator will check if the suggested website does not contain any prohibited content (adult material, brutality, racism, malware, spyware, etc.) and if suggested website is approved by a moderator, it will continue to the second filtering phase. Second filtering phase is member voting system. Only members who are following the category into which the new suggested page was submitted will get a notification to visit the website and vote if they liked it or not. If sufficient amount of people will upvote it, it will appear on the "Suggested Pages" extension categories "Fresh" sub-category. This is the last, 3'rd step. Once the suggested website is in categories "Fresh" sub-category, it will be open for all category followers to vote for it and it will be able to reach the categories "Hot" page if enough people will vote for it.
What's needed:
* Whole "Chrome" extension working as in the description above.
* Membership system (users must be able to register in order to suggest websites, vote for them and to customize their menu).
* Voting system. One that would work well with this idea.
* Moderator panel (place where moderator could check all the submissions and approve or decline them).
* Suggested website submission system.
