Skeleton development for Usage statistics of a software to be sent through to a server every time the software is connected to internet. No of hours usage needs to be stored in the registry/temp file and every time internet connected, data needs to be pushed to the server. Also there needs to be backward integration to incorporate sending software updates whenever available. Thirdly there needs to be control on the server end to turn off the software whenever required.
