Configure Azure VMs for SharePoint, SQL2016 and Active Directory

I need help to configuring Azure VMs for SharePoint, SQL2016 and Active Directory. I have a Microsoft Action Pack subscription, which includes a monthly Azure credit. I also have both Office365 and Office2016. The target use case is to: 1) Start the VMs from the Azure portal 2) Save an Excel file to Sharepoint 3) Access the Excel file via a browser 4) Refresh the data in the Excel file against the SQL database 5) Shut down the VMs so they can be restarted from the same position at a later date The target configuration is outlined here [login to view URL] Note that the article provides an Azure PowerShell script, so all the steps are already documented and scripted. (You can download the script here [login to view URL] ) I need the following: 1) Help finalizing the script and running it to create the 3 VMs 2) Instruction on how to use Azure to start/stop the VMs, etc. 3) Help configuring and test my Office account so I can save Excel to the Sharepoint VM on Azure 4) Help restoring an existing database in the SQL VM and ensuring Excel files can connect to this DB to refresh their data - both locally and from an Excel uploaded to SharePoint. This is very much an educational project for me, so good communication skills and patience are a prerequisite for the successful coder. Please also indicate if you able to provide ongoing ad hoc support after this initial project is completed.
